Introduction:
Ardebil province with an area of about
18000 square Kilometers , has allocated
1.09 percent of total area to the Islamic Republic of Iran .The province has
bordered from north by the country of Azerbaijan Republic, by the province of
Gilan from east, by East Azerbaijan province from west and from south by Zanjan
province and with a civilization of 7 thousand years , now has 10 cities ,26 towns,29 districts
and 71 township villages. The centers of province cities are Ardabil, Bile
Savar, Pars Abad, Meshkinshahr, Khalkhal, Germi,Kosar, Namin, Nir and
Sarein. Special geographic and topographic features mountain
range at an altitude of more than four thousand meters and on the top of it is
Sabalan mountain and extensive plains make this province in terms of rainfall
in better situation.

spectacular to the users of the telecabin.
►Funding required infrastructure (water,
electricity, gas) to the site of project (entrance of tourism areas)
►Providing banking finance after 20
percent of cost and physical progress of the project by investor, supply 80
percent of the total cost of the project by the banks and financial
institutions will be contracted with the Cultural Heritage, Handcrafts and
Tourism Organization.
►Allocating 6 percent of subsidized of bank facilities to
the projects that presented to the banks to obtain loans by the Cultural
Heritage, Handcrafts and Tourism Organization.
